It wasn't a single moment for me. It was the reoccurring slump that you have after finishing a great game, book, series, or whatever else you enjoy. That moment when your brain is still deeply ingrained in the world, its cultures, rules, character. But the story ran out. That world no longer exists anywhere, but your memory. I both love and dread that moment. But more than anything, it tickles my brain in just the right ways that I can't avoid using the memories to create something, anything.
