As a senior CS major, I took an Intro to 3D Media course that taught me the basics of Maya and Unity.I ended up creating a 3D rendition of my freshman dorm room, then a narrative player experience (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PC0IsfK3Oaw). Unlike any college project I'd worked on until that point, these projects drove me to spend hours creating the virtual environments. I realized that I had a passion and eye for creating 3D visuals and decided to pursue a new industry upon graduating.
