Marlies van Loosbroek

I have the ambition to become a successful VFX coordinator at a high-end production studio.

At the age of 17 I started my bachelor's degree at the Netherlands' Film Academy, thinking I wanted to become an animator. During the first year my interest was peaked by managing projects for my classmates. I naturally grew into the role of team manager, decided to look into VFX jobs that had a management-character and discovered VFX coordination. I wrote my thesis on it, learning as much about the job as I could. I realized this job fits me very well and am now my class' VFX coordinator.
