I want to storyboard and create 2D animations, but I haven't fully decided if that's my main focus or if I want to explore.

Since I was small, maybe before I was 6 years old. I have this one specific memory of me and my sisters, my parents, and my grandparents in a room watching Dumbo on VHS. I remember both being entranced in the movie, and when I looked over saw that everyone else was as well. It was like magic how it emotionally moved us, made us laugh and cry. I want to make that kind of magic.
