I've loved animation since I was very young. Most of the media I would consume was almost exclusively animated. Some of my favourite films from childhood were specifically 2D animated films like Treasure planet, Anastasia and Thumbelina (Don Bluth being a particular idol of mine). I think some of my love for the art form may have a connection to my being Autistic. It's a lot easier for me to see and understand emotions when they're expressed in the clear and sometimes exaggerated style.
