My goal is to work as a character and prop concept designer in the game industry.

Art and concept design seemed like a dream job ever since I heard about it but I didn't pursue it for a long time. While for a lot of people "making your hobby your career" means giving up some of the enjoyment the opposite was true for me. Having a goal or project gives me what I was missing before and learning art with that motivation has been a huge joy.
