I want to create my own small/middle sized game dev team, a team that doesn't need to crunch itself to death to survive

After studying 2 years of economics, i enjoyed drawing and thinking about games way more. By the second year I decided to quit and look for videogame studies. I've never once regreted my decision to quit. So far it's been fun, can't wait to make full proyects.
