My goal is to be a 3D character artist making films I really admire.

I was used to hearing that art was more like a "hobby" and that making a living from it was very hard. Even though I've always loved drawing and painting, I never considered it as a career until six months before starting university. That's the point where I decided to turn biology into my hobby and art into my actual job.
