I used Blender with addon to convert the obj to correct format > Nifskope to tweaks the meshes for the game > Outfit studio to tweak and fit precisely the outfit to the body mesh, add weights and export again > Xedit to create the mod file and all requirements to add the outfit in game.

Textures sizes for the female model: 1K - 2K - 4K
