In this work, I sought to highlight the notion of grace, which, to me, is synonymous with lightness. It allows one to escape the constraints of reality, to break free from the heaviness and gravity of the world.

I was inspired by this artwork mainly for the lines of action emphasized by the subject's pose. These lines amplify the notion of lightness. Here, the subject appears to skim the surface of the water.
I also looked at the impressive work of Jean-Michel Bihorel who created an artwork serie called "Flower Figures".
