Ryn's Quest - Level Design Focused Game Demo
Gameplay demo and supporting level design documentation for an Indie Development project at Norwich University of the Arts.
Here I worked as both a programmer and level designer on this university game project. As this game demo was level design focused, I put a lot of time and effort into the design process, where assets should be placed, figuring out the path the player should take, and where spawn/end points should be placed. Everything you see within this game demo was made solely by myself as I handled aspects such as early map designs to tile-sets; and finally the demo level itself. As aforementioned, I also worked on the programming side of this demo as well - making the player mechanics, movement and all the assets you see on screen.
