This was my first serious attempt at weapon design in Plasticity, the model has a total triangle count of 60,372 and the scope can replaced with a different sight if desired. Model was created in Plasticity, optimized and UV unwrapped in blender, textured with Substance painter and rendered in Cycles.

The ZMA-30-2, Malecki Industries light anti-armor/anti-personnel weapon.

Some fictional information about the ZMA-30-2-
The weapons ammunition is very unconventional, as it utilizes magnetically accelerated micro armor piercing fin stabilized discarding sabot ammunition (APFSDS), this allows the weapon to have ridiculous penetration and muzzle velocity characteristics. Additionally due to the weapon utilizing magnetic propulsion instead of gunpowder the ammunition can be much more compact as it doesn't have a need for propellant cartridges.

Unfortunately the ZMA-30-2 never left it's prototype stage as it had multiple reliability issues with it's power supply unit and it's unique ammunition also proved difficult for logistics to supply to every client nation that showed interest in the rifle. Another downside that sealed the weapons fate, was the poor post-penetration damage it inflicted on the armored vehicles it was designed to counter.
