Here's my final project for foundations term at Think Tank Training Centre! We had four weeks to recreate a 2D concept into 3D. I chose the original concept by the amazing Milica Čelikovi.
Fidelity Dragons
Excited to post my final project for Think Tank Training Centre's Foundation term! For this assignment we took a 2D illustration and recreated it in 3D, in about four weeks. I chose a concept from the artist, Milica Čelikovi. She’s an artist I’ve been following for a while and I’m so grateful I got the opportunity to recreate her work.
When I was planning out how I would approach translating the illustration into 3D I decided to go with handpainted textures. Although I have never created hand painted textures, I wanted to push myself to combine my prior skills in substance painter and 2D art during this assignment.

Software used was maya, zbrush, v-ray, procreate, substance painter, and photoshop.
I'm really proud of how I merged my prior 2D skills with the 3D skills I've learned during my time at Think Tank Training Centre.
