USB

Here are the renders of a USB drive we were asked to create in class. 

Ever since I was very young, I've been fascinated by The Lord of the Rings movies, and I enjoy crafting objects with their own stories. So, I decided to add some movie-inspired details, like the Ring inscription and the Lothlórien leaf. 

I used Maya for the modeling process, and to bring it to life, I used Substance and Photoshop. An interesting detail is that the map on which the USB drive sits is one I have at home; I scanned it and added it to Maya. I'm a geek at heart and couldn't resist it!
