I did this school project in the 2nd year of my studies. The model itself belongs to my 3d professor. 

I focused on doing retopology on the decimated model, Uv mapping, Face rigs, Morphing face expressions and at the end doing lip sync according to the video you choose.

These are the renders with facial expressions that I morphed.

This is my process of creating rigs. I incorporate controllers to facilitate easier movement adjustments.
