viva la vida - frida kahlo

I have admired the famous Mexican painter Frida Kahlo. If I were to learn VFX, she would be the first person I would want to create. That's why I completed this artwork and decided to submit it to the Rookie Awards

Everything here has been modeled and textured by me personally. The desk and palette in this scene were sculpted in ZBrush using brushes.

I personally sculpted Frida Kahlo's face using brushes in ZBrush. The flower petals on the flower crown were also sculpted individually.

I found the representation of the interior of the glass bottle containing dye to be particularly intriguing. Usually, only the exterior of objects is depicted, but the fact that the bottle contained dye, with some of it being in liquid form and others in powder form, made it a very interesting representation to work on.

Although not prominently visible in the scene, I put a lot of effort into the representation of the floor tiles and concrete texture on the walls. It's fulfilling to have achieved a small dream while creating Frida Kahlo.
