I completed this artwork using Zbrush, Maya, and Substance.
It's a character called Zelmer from the game Dislyte. I was drawn to her overall vibe, so I wanted to try and capture her cool and badass attitude.
weekly progress
This is my weekly progress update. I did most of the modeling in Zbrush before moving to Maya for retopology and to start texturing.
One of the challenges I faced with this piece was XGen. I experienced several software crashes, but I'm happy to have learned new functionality.
