Space Station Environment
This environment was made with modularity and reusability in mind. Inspired partly by Evgeny Kashin's, I took my time with texturing and painting to achieve a similar look.
Space Station Environment inspired by Evgeny Kashin. This was my first time creating a modular environment using Maya and Unreal and while I think it could've been better, I'm proud of the outcome. Modeled in Maya, set up in Unreal Engine 4, and textured and hand-painted all in Substance Painter.
Reference Images
I took reference from each of this pictures, using bits and pieces to flesh out my scene. The first is the main reference by Evgeny Kashin where a majority of my inspiration came from. The second and third were used for the doors and piping. The fourth was used mainly for the metal grating along the wall as I really liked the way it look in my scene versus the larger square pieces in the main reference image.
