This was one of the shot that I did for my short film that my team and I did during our 6 months Film Festival project. I did everything from the storyboard, layout until the final animation itself. For the composition, I played with spacing to emphasize the balance of power between the 2 characters. It was an interesting experience trying to animate my characters fighting from an angle that I'm not used to but it was also one of my career goals to face and overcome different challenges and shots. This was also one of my first fighting body mechanics that I had to handle.
