Venom
This is my take on “Venom” from marvel comics, I tried to do a more beastly version of the character, applying basic human anatomy and being aggressive with the slime texture and the more monstrous features.
This is my take on “Venom” from marvel comics, I tried to do a more beastly version of the character, applying basic human anatomy and being aggressive with the slime texture and the more monstrous features.
The base mesh and basic shape was made in Maya, then I sent the model into Zbrush to sculpt the finer shapes and details and bake it all into a displacement map, then I sent the Low Polly version into substance painter to bake the High Polly details and paint the textures. At the end I combined all in Maya where I rendered it using Arnold.
