Weekly Drills 042 - Oak Tree Hopper

I went full David Attenborough on this guy this week. This is an Oak Tree Hopper, in its most colorful form. Yes, this is a real insect; I'm an Oak Tree Hopper connoisseur by now ;) Modeled in Maya, details and fibermesh in Zbrush, textured in SSP (PBR 4K), rendered in Marmoset. Tree/environment is megascan, for immersion. Texturing this bug was so fun, combining handpainting and projection paint.
