Round of applause for our sponsors

When I was 15 years old I realized my passion for making images and videos and that evolved into motion design and interactive design pretty quickly. Two years later, in 2014, I started collaborating with a small cultural production house, assisting direction and doing motion design work for them. To this day, I still work with them from time to time. That experience changed my life.

I have been an artist my whole life. I started in fine arts and worked my way into sculpture, and costume design as a professional. After 5 years of running my own business I decided it was time to take my skills to the next level and enter the world of CG. It was a incredibly challenging journey. With enough patience for my self, and drive to learn and grow as an artist, I came came to love the art of 3D texturing and modelling.

As a child, I grew up always drawing and writing and being surrounded by talented creatives made me want to pursue art as a career.

I always wanted to create and develop stories; I never knew what tools to use. When I learned after-effects through a series of tutorials, I finally found something I could learn quickly. I then came across Jorge Canedo's work and realized I could do some cool stuff and tell captivating stories with just a few shapes!

In school, I'd always crave more creative assignments, something to do with my hands and my imagination. So I'd create at home: writing, painting, sewing... anything. Unfortunately even while wanting to work in a creative industry, we had to pick where to start. I picked Film Directing, hoping to become a music video director. While learning directing, I discovered video editing . A good director has to be a good video editor, so I went to eding school. And now I'm in 2D Animation school.

It was a dream as a kid, and now I'm pursuing it

I knew it from the moment I played Sonic Rush on my Nintendo DS! I've been dedicating my life to art ever since.

When I was a child.

When I watched Iron Giant

I know I have always wanted to make stuff and create something, in high school, I got into anime recently and I loved it, then I discovered Ghibli films and that was the time I knew I wanted to do something like that, I wanted to move people by the kind of work I do, Just like Ghibli.

The thought of drawings and 3D models coming to life, having a personality, expressing emotions, thoughts like these have always fascinated me.

Since 2013 i did a degree in animation and digital art

Watching Tron in 1982

Since i was 15

I remember learning to draw how fingers should overlap each-other on my own before I even learned how accents work in my own language. The moment I knew I could make a living out of drawing and telling stories the decision was made in my mind.

I knew it when I was 12, when I watched Fantasia 2000 in a 4D Cinema. I was so in loved with what I just watched that I knew I wanted to work in the animation industry.

Since I was a kid

Since a kid I always loved to play videogames with my cousin

Since I was a Child, growing up with such amazing movies and wanting to be a part of them!
