Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by the magic of animation. The way static figures come to life, telling stories that transport viewers to other worlds, has always captivated me. My fascination with the creative industries sparked early in my childhood,It was this deep appreciation for the art form that solidified my desire to work in the creative industries.

In a way my curiosity and willingness to make new things has paved the path of my journey since a young age. I would look around and imagine a world and its working as though it were built by me. Design has been a strong medium in bringing parts of that into reality. I love working in the field of speculative design and explore possible futures for humanity and the combination of real & digital medium provides me with way to envision those possible realities to the people to experience.

Creating a story and a narrative around inanimate things used to be a hobby of mine from childhood. After entering a Design college, with a curiosity toward art, I started my own social media profile for the first time and played around with creating short videos and experimental animations, with the knowledge I received from my institute. I realized from the response to my work that I was able to clearly communicate my ideas through a variety of media.

My turning point came one day when my math teacher tore up one of my scribbles from my note book. From that moment on I was hell bent on making exciting things, whatever it may be : Illustrations, movies, graphics, comics, CGI..you name it. It was hard convincing my parents to let me follow my own path rather than what society had set for me. I finally landed a seat at the National Institute of Design.. and here we are.

When I was enrolled in a B.Tech degree, I realised I liked the creative part of the product making process. This led me to follow my path as an interaction designer for digital products.

When I was in my school, my parents wanted me to go for engineering. But I realised that engineering was not something I wanted to do, I wanted to work in creative industries

It was when I was in the final year of my engineering, that I realized that I am very much interested in the creative side of the things rather than the engineering part.

I started taking up different projects to build a portfolio to get into design colleges for masters. Then slowly i realised my interest in creative media and there after in my masters i started taking up projects that aligns with my interest.
