Uncover Hidden Talent: Hire the World’s Top New Digital Artists
I've always known that I want to create art for as long as I live. The thought of being an artist in the game industry has been with me since early high school and after graduation I decided that it was the route I should take. I've always loved playing video games and making art so pursuing a career in games made the most sense.
I first realized when I was younger that I wanted to enter into the world of animation from all the films, tv shows and video games that I saw then and now, but it wasn't until my friend Elisa gave me the courage to really get into the industry. So now all I want to do is create and share all the things that come to my mind whenever I get the chance to make them and hopefully along the way I'll be able to bring as much joy to the world as I possible can.
Since I was a child, I started drawing and painting. Then I started my career creating brands, logos, visual media content as a graphic designer and motion graphic artist. By now, I took a break my graphic designer career, and studied to be a 3D artist, that is how I have graduated from the 3D Modeling, Art, and Animation at BCIT.
When I was around eight Heroes of Might and Magic V came out and it had those beautiful cities and great creature models and that's when I first thought, you know, somebody must have come up with this, somebody did this. And I wanted to do the same thing. Later when I would play World of Warcraft I became even more sure that's what I needed to do for a living.
I knew I wanted to work in the creative industry when I was young and I was enamoured with the arts. It captured my heart in the way nothing else could and gave me a feeling of challenge. It may not come as easily to me as others, but I think that's what I find enjoyable about it. I've been working to get into the industries since 5 years ago and I'm confident I'll find success if I stay on this path. I originally started learning illustration and I'm now beginning to learn 3D.

If we're talking about creative industries as a whole, then this would date back in 2016 when I was in Grade 11. However, back then my focus was primarily in the Film & TV Industry. When it comes to exploring the world of 3D Art, I started dabbling with 3D using a game called, Dreams on PS4 in 2020, which allowed the user to create indie games using just their Playstation Console.
I've always been fond of the creative industry. I originally planned to go into graphic design, but that changed in my senior year of high school. I interviewed an animator in the industry for a school project and that changed my plan for the future. I delved deeper into the rabbit hole of 3D and enrolled in a school to learn more about it.
It was three years ago, during the Corona virus pandemic, that I realized I wanted to get into that field for the first time. but I was on my third year of studying architecture design, and after I got my bachelor's degree, I started to learn more about game art, and currently I am a student at the ITI Information Technology Institute studying interactive media and game art. I have a passion to be a technical animator using my logical thinking and my design skills.
