During my VCE year I was really struggling to figure out what I wanted to pursue past high school. So when I really looked at what brought me joy and motivation, I found that it was everything surrounding games, animations (both animated movies and series.) It was then that I decided to pursue a career in the digital arts.

I have always been in love with art - but from the moment I saw Dreamwork's How to Train Your Dragon I knew I wanted to be a part of this industry!

When I was a kid, still in Primary School, and I was flicking through the Special Features on DVDs. It drove my brother and sister nuts but I just had to look at the concept art and the little tid-bits about the films (and that carried on to games too).

I’d always seen the work other artists had done on films. I adored it but never thought I could do it. Until I started attending University and realised that could be me one day.

I’ve always been drawn to creative practices, dedicating much of my time to storytelling. My discovery of the 3D world and its limitless possibilities has set me on this learning path and I’m determined to find a position in the industry.

I've always loved video games and films and most forms of entertainment, the way they transport you to a new fictional world. I thought if in some way I can contribute to being a part of that, I want to be. I stumbled across Blender tutorial videos on Youtube and thought it was fascinating what people could do with this free software. From their I discovered the world of 3D and thought I wanted to be apart of that.

I’ve been fascinated with video games and art since a child. For one reason or another I’ve never found the time to take this journey but at long last I have the opportunity to follow my passion

I've always had an interest in game production and 3D Modeling. My year 10 Multimedia teacher is a 3D modeler and he introduced me to Blender and Maya, which is when I decided I wanted to work In the 3D industry

I developed a passion for creating art when I was around 10 years old. I spent my teen years constantly drawing and crafting fantasy worlds for personal escape. It has always been a hobby and it want until my early 20's that I wanted to pursue it academically and eventually, professionally. I am now attending Collarts online, completing a bachelor of 2D Animation.

I probably realised my passion for art back in primary school but only realised that it was a thing I could do as a job fairly late in high school after i had started experimenting with animation on ProCreate for my VCE Studio Art artworks.

When I was 13 years old. However I put if off for a long time because I was always told it wasn't a valid career choice and that I needed something more stable.

I have always loved video games and started learning Unity in grade ten. However, I quickly realized that, while I loved the highs of programming, what I truly enjoyed was the idea of creating a world that could be explored and letting others take their own path in the world you created. That is what I believe makes video games different from films and books.

Only after pursuing other career options did I come to realize how much my hobby in digital art defined me. since then I've been focused and determined to improve on what I enjoy most.

Ever since I was a young boy I had always had a strong fascination in the persistency of vision. all my life I have been inspired by the creative work of others. I am passionate at creating visual elements that stimulate other people's mind.

Early teenage years, I just didn't act on it until my mid twenties.

Ever since I was a kid when I was introduced to anime like Pokemon and my love for animated and superhero films. Learning the different jobs of the industry interests me and I would love to use my skills to help be apart of a creative team for the video games or film industry.

It's been a long journey from ceramics and music, to fashion design and web design , then in about 2011 I applied for a job for an apparel designer and was asked what program I use and my answer was "umm a pencil and paper"

As a child, I was always pulled towards visual arts in the form of films, art, and video games. I knew it was where I wanted to be and I made myself a promise that I'd work towards it.

I think it was around 2015. I have always had an interest in video games and the art inside of them and after creating a few custom skins for League of Legends, not having a clue as to what I was doing, I finally decided to give it an actual try. I quickly fell in love with the 3D world and I immediately knew that this is what I wanted to do.
