Round of applause for our sponsors

When I was young, I loved the visual beauty of films and the intriguing stories they tell. I also enjoyed the immersion in games like World of Warcraft, and how they tell stories in a very different way. When I found the opportunity to study game development as an artist, I decided to learn everything about both.

I don't remember exactly. But I always liked creating things. I used to draw all day when I was a kid. Through high school I started to play more video games and getting immersed into them. I wanted to be a part of that. So I applied to Buas

I decided this was the best career choice for me around the time I realised I enjoyed painting and sketching more than I enjoyed working on any of the other subjects in school. But it's only once I started studying Visual Arts at Breda University that I fully committed to the idea of becoming a concept artist and developed my love for it.

My love for creating inside of sandbox games (minecraft). I wanted to expand on that outside of those games and ended up here.

A friend showed me her 3D work and she was studying at BUAS at the time. I decided to go for it since i've liked drawing since young. I started the study and fell in love with the 3D world since then.

I have been fascinated by art my whole life. I loved creating as a child and all the way back in fifth grade started my love for games as well. This is when I realised that I want to be a games artist. You can follow my journey here: https://www.artstation.com/levon_dyulgeran

I've always liked creating various types of stuff. First, it was videos and promotional media and now making games.

As I kid I was curious how do they do all those things we see in movies and games. So I tried it, have been at it for few years now, still curious.

I have pretty much known I wanted a job in the creative media industry since high school. I pursued that dream and am now in my 3rd year in a Games visual arts course doing 3D animation. My dream started off with me wanting to draw and animate in 2D then I discovered the creative but more technical fields that the industry has to offer and evolved as I learned new skills.

When I was 15 I realized how much of a passion for art I had and how it was the only thing I really wanted to do for the rest of my life. From then on I started on setting goals and getting an art career started

I always had a passion for drawing and wanted to pursue a creative job, but only halfway through high school, I started working towards it as a career. I started my studies in graphic design and then decided to enroll at Breda University of Applied Sciences. Here I focused in my second year on character art for Games and currently in my third year on concept art. I always loved good stories and my goal is to produce content that can inspire other people by integrating great narrative in designs.

I knew I wanted to pursue animation since I was 12 when my parents enrolled me in this small animation course in my home country. Since then I've been super passionate about 3D animation in movies and dreamed of working at DreamWorks one day. With time, dreams became goals and with them, I broadened my animation opportunities and became curious and open to game industry.

I always loved being creative and I love video games, so the combination of the two was perfect for me.

When I realized that making things for games was a lot more fun than playing them.

In high school I was exploring my options for a future career path and was drawn into the creative industries.

When I was around 15. I wanted nothing more than do art

I had an interest in programming, and this was a practical application to learn it

When I was 10, my mother had explained to me that computers work based on sequences of 0 and 1, and I was amazed that something as simple as that could power the incredible adventures I experienced in my video games. Suddenly I wanted to know more about computers. At the same time, since I was in kindergarten I loved drawing and all sorts of creative activities. In my heart I always knew I wanted to work in video games, they enclose all my passions and values.

As a kid I enjoyed programming and creating my own worlds as a playground for my mind.
