Rebelway Challenge - Cyborg's bad monday

I am going with the mythical/sci-fi feel, where on one hand we have the uber-cool monster with brute force and mystical powers (I am going to focus mainly on the screech, to make it magical and outlandish, while the saliva and the rest of the attacks and fx like the saliva should symbolize that it is still just meat and bones) 

The character is supposed to represent the sci-fi aspect - a cyborg with nano technologies. This is going to be shown through structured FX like the shield and the lighting for the attack.
