Maison Martin Margiela (was born on April 9 1957 in Genk, Belgium) entered the fashion world in 1989 with a collection that are applied in different kind of techniques such as desconstruction, recycling and raw finishes, in an intelligent and sleek manner.

The products that Maison Martin Margiela has are various, such as : Menswear, Womenswear, Fine jewelry, Foot wear, Eyewear, White color objects (customated) - such as sofa; clock; table; lamp, Fragance, and Bags.

This brand also has a strong identity whereby they incorporated a sense of “invisibility” into their product which can be seen in their own packaging with the “free logo” approach by using the well known label of theirs, 4 visible stitches with numbers of products line.

The concept is inspired by a combination of 3 keywords that are TWISTED, BOLD and INVISIBLE.

The word twisted was inspired from MMM’s design on their fashion line where they likes to try new and innovative design presentation by recycling and mixing different or even contrast material. Opposite from the founder and brand character, MMM is well known for their “invisible” personality where they hide themselves from the public and tried to create “non-brand or anonymous” products.

The contrasity of boldness from the product design and invisibility from the design team is what makes Maison Martin Margiela (MMM) special and unique.
