Captain Cortez's Quarters
My latest project consisted of remaking entirely new the concept of a captains quarters for the character Captain Cortez from the beloved series Paper Mario TTYD. it was a fun run making this and all the assets, and materials. I learned a bit more with substance designer and overall creating my sort of tiling material
Captain Cortez's Quarters
So I really wanted to push the props more in this scene and create a complex asset that captivates what it is to be a Captain of the Seas. I tried to go for a more dark tone like Davey jones.
I call the atlas looking statue holding the globe, Fury of the Seven Seas, and the angel pillars, Fallen Angel.

I created some tiling maps, as well as a couple of procedural assets to enhance the scenery
