Illa: Amazon Warrior
This was a personal project I made last december. It's based on the concept by Aveline Stokart. What I love most about this piece is that I consider I managed to convey the situation around the character: her love for the natural environment that is dying around her, and her determination to not let that happen.

I'm very happy to present my favorite work so far. Illa: Amazon Warrior. This piece is based on the concept made by Aveline Stokart.
When I saw it for the first time, I spent about 10 minutes contemplating and analyzing it. I knew I was looking at a great and appealing piece of art, so I had to make it in 3D. I noticed the lighting, the diamond composition, the color contrast between the different elements in the scene, and the expression in the character’s eyes.
It was a very challenging but interesting piece, that helped me to grow my skills and improve as an artist.
I used Zbrush, Maya, Substance Painter, Yeti and Arnold to create this project.
