This research focused on the desired experience and led us to create our ideal experience framework and client magazine highlighting aspects of the ideal experience of locking your bike. Linklock: A Bike Smartlock System
From our ideal experience of bike safety research, we revealed three design opportunities. From these opportunities, we opted to prototype a smart lock and app combination.
