PROCESS :

Sculpting - Started with sculpting highpoly of the face and body in Zbrush by using layers and subdivisions (anatomy study, mainly focused on facial anatomy and likeness), then sculpted the clothes and finally sculpted the highpoly of the hair. I created the clothes in marvelous designer and decimated the clothes, then I worked on the primary, secondary and tertiary details. The bag was also made in marvelous designer and then sculpted in the details in zbrush.

Modelling - Parts like the shoe, buttons, belts and buckle were modelled in Blender. The gun and cash were also modelled here. The hair cards were placed in Blender after baking basic textures.

Retopologizing - The retopo for all meshes were done manually in blender.

Hair Cards - The cards were made with Xgen in Maya.

Baking - Everything was baked in substance painter, the hair was baked onto a plane in substance designer and got the alpha, value and root maps (flow map was made in photoshop for hair).

Texturing - Done in Substance Painter, Hair base texture was done in UE5 shader with value and root maps.

Rendering - Posed in blender and rendered in UE5

For a more detailed overview of my entire process, check out my blog on Polycount - (https://polycount.com/discussion/234433/my-graduation-project-character-and-prop-wip#latest), I have recorded detailed progress of each week and my improvements, please note that I'm still updating and organizing my blog.
