VR RPG Game - The Moon
This is a 20-minute full-process VR RPG game independently developed by myself, based on the love story of Chang'e and Wu Gang from Chinese mythology, and combined with talismans, swords, constellations, and alchemy from Chinese Taoist culture to create an interactive VR experience.
Background Story
A long, long time ago, there was a celestial couple, Chang’E and Wu Gang, along with their pet jade rabbit. However, Chang’E's beauty caught the eye of the God Emperor, he separated the divine couple. Chang’E was imprisoned in the Moon Palace and forbidden to leave, while Wu Gang lost all his memories. He spent his days outside the palace, unknowingly chopping down the Laurel tree that formed from the essence of his heart and symbolized his subconscious longing for Chang’E.
Concept
You, as the Moon Rabbit, have been tasked with assisting your master Chang'e in breaking the restrictions of the Moon Palace and restoring Wu Gang's memory. Your journey will take you to the top of the moon to find the Phoenix, where you'll overcome a series of challenges to obtain its feathers. With these feathers, you'll forge an elixir capable of restoring Wu Gang's memory, ultimately allowing the lovers to finally reunite…
