The following project is a cyberpunk inspired penthouse environment optimized for a PC game. I made it during my third semester to start learning Unreal Engine and its new features like Nanite and Lumen.

Focus on nanite foliage and performance lumen lighting.

I made some modular walls and stairs, the rest are unique meshes. Most of the foliage is also external assets.
