3D Character Modelling Projects - Musa & Raana

Two different Character Models I made during my time at SAE Institute, using professional Workflows and Programs. One was made as a personal, the other as part of a Semester Project.

This 3D character Model was made as a personal project. I wanted to implement the learned 3D fundamentals, using a Character Design I made in my first Semester. The weapon was made as part of a Semester project as well.

The Character is Raana the Darkin Lute, based on the Darkins in League of Legends and Legends of Runeterra. The initial Design for her was made as my first Uni Project. Though the design has been changed a bit when translating it into 3D.
The Model is game ready, meaning it has been Rigged and Skinned, as well as given Blendshapes in order to be Posed and Animated. Rendering was done in Unral Engine 5.

The model was made using the following programs:
- ZBrush for the Blockout, High Poly Sculpting and creating Blendshapes
- 3DS Max for Low Poly Modeling, Retopology and UV-Unwrapping
- Substance Designer for creating the Heart Material
- Substance Painter for Baking, procedual Texturing and Texture Painting
- Maya for Rigging and Skinning
- Unreal Engine 5 for Posing and Rendering

This second Project was made during this past Semester. The character is Musa from the Winx Club series, in her Enchantix transformation. She is the fairy of Music and has always been my favourite character of the franchise.
The Model is game ready, meaning it has been Rigged and Skinned and given Blendshapes in order to be Posed and Animated. Rendering was done in Unral Engine 5, with a special Material Setup to make the Model Sparkle.

The model was made using the following programs:
- ZBrush for the Blockout, High Poly Sculpting and creating Blendshapes
- 3Ds Max for Low Poly Modelling, Retopology and UV-Unwrapping
- Substance Painter for Baking, procedural Texturing and Texture Painting
- Maya for Rigging and Skinning
- Unreal Engine 5 for Posing, Animating and Rendering
