Here are some artworks that I've made during college.

Basic Concept Design

In this class we learned how to do a stylized art! For the theme for this project is to choose the story either The Thumbelina, The Goldilocks and the Three Bears or The story of Momotaro. I decide to choose Thumbelina as the base as from Hmong Tribes.

Koob-Meej's house

Kim-Ly has been invited by the prince of the Hmong tribes called Koob-Meej. His house are located in the swamp near the Hmong Village. The swamp was restricted and can only entered by the royalties only. They forbidden every of the tribe members to build there except the royalties.

Concept Design: Honey H Production

In the concept design class, we need to form a group. It is called Honey H Production since we're in group H. The members are me, Monica, Sabrina, and Alyssa. Our group called the project: Zomrade! Each of the members need to design a character, a creature, a prop, a vehicle/machine, and the environment/callouts according to story that we planned.

Story Settings: 

The zombie apocalypse continues for years where humans are fighting back and try to survive. However there's a zombie gains a slight conscious when saving a girl that was separated from the human camp. They soon embarks together . The zombie seems not trying to harm her but instead, he protects her from other zombies throughout their journey. In the end, she couldn't stop the humans from killing her friend. I wonder who's the monster now?

Environment: Human Camps

They seem to be found an abandoned shelter in the deep forest and decide to barricade there. The human camp was found by the leader, Henry, whose designed by Monica. Henry always having meeting each week to provide supplies in his tent.

Here are some of the key arts of certain scene from the Zomrade's story that I made in the Digital Illustration class.

Scene: Campfire

Buddy and Amy is having a campfire night in the deep dark creepy woods.

Scene: Pressure

Amy is trying to kill Buddy to get out from his strong grip.

Posters

There are posters required in the Digital Illustration class with each character/creature that we are assigned to. My idea for this poster is to show that Buddy gains a slight conscious, looking scary but mysterious.

Matte Painting

In this class, I learned how to photobash and using CG workshop which is blender, with different kind of theme for environment design.

Mysterious Hell

Theme: Apocalypse

The unknown meteor suddenly blast the cities away. Due to its giant impact, It is powerful enough to cause the lava coming out from the ground. It seems that the meteor has a weird mechanics. Maybe we can open what's inside.

Ashdale

Theme: Steampunk

Inspired by Arcane in Victorian age. There full of lively people that is currently ruled by The King Ashdale IV. Ashdale are famous for it's beautiful city and especially the outstanding royal castle.

Mahayanan Temple

Theme: Interior

A fantasy Chinese temple with flying lanterns surrounding the Buddha statue. There are rumors that if you pray everyday, the water will be glowing flowing from the Buddha. It is said that the glowing waters can cure any diseases.

Design Process Principle

In the Design Process Principle, we learned how to photobash on concept design in general.

Story Settings:

In the future sci-fi environment where there's an isolations happened due to dangerous gas leaked from a failed experiment and led monsters to escape. There is a genius doctor that helps research to create a vaccination and participate as the frontline character to directly cure them.

The Bunker (Medical Facilities)

The bunker includes 2 facilities and one of them is for emergency medical facilities.
