Concept art collection 2023

Hey there, I am super happy to present you my rookies submission. :)
I gratuated 2 years ago already. I realized a few days ago that I was still able to participate, because I have just below a year of professional experience.  When I realized that, I pushed myself to add a project to my portfolio, so that I can present the best possible entry!

I hope you'll enjoy seeing those as much as I enjoyed making them ~

First, here's a project I did for a school art test. This is Bellburn, an ancient desert city carved into the cliffs.

In Bellburn lives Siraaj, a cunning girl with a difficult path who managed to become leader of the rogues.

Here is her favorite weapon, a magic dagger. She can place gemstones inside it to enhance damage.

Down below are the pieces I made for my graduation project. I did some worldbuilding of an alien planet and depicted 3 main areas of my world : Eolia, Hydr and Pyros ; and the creatures that inhabits them.

Eolia is a windswept flatland. Here is a typical Eolian village.

And then, the cult space of the Eolians, where they gather twice a year for solstice.

Hydr is a tropical area inhabited by Octons. Here's an octon settlement.

Octons, an intelligent cephalopod species.

Here are two pieces I painted a bit more freely. I had this idea of a girl on her small wooden boat navigating through endless seas of flower. I thought about it as a vision, or a dream.

This piece is a similar more surreal illustration. I thought about some sort of goddess of nature.

Here's my participation to Atomhawk's competition in august. The theme was forgotten creation.

And lastly, here is my last project up to date. This is Kalika, a nun in the Miyavist monastery. 
Miyavist cultists worship cats. Kalika is a highly respected nun that can approach some very agressive cats and make them calm.

And then, here is the Miyavist monastery itself. Here are the first thumbnails I did, to get an idea of the mood.
