My name is “Soda” Elif Unveren and I am a rising junior studying 3D character animation at Savannah College of Art and Design. For the past year, I have been involved with SCAD Animation Studios in the making of the short film “The Last Dungeon” and I wanted to share the work I have produced for it. Thank you so much.
Motion Capture Animation
“The Last Dungeon” is a fantasy short film about three heroes going through what could possibly be their last fight, facing the evil force that is the Lich King and his impressive skeleton army.
In this film, we had the ambitious goal of creating a large skeleton army for the heroes to face. This was achieved through the usage of motion capture and I was tasked with cleaning up the motion capture data of some of the skeletons in Vicon Shogun Post and animating over them in Autodesk Maya to finalize the work.
