Spelljammer Previs
This is the final part to a cinematic done for a hypothetical spelljammer game cinematic. I did all the animation, lighting, FX. I did not create the environment or rigs. But I manipulated them for the shots.
This is the final part to a cinematic done for a hypothetical spelljammer game cinematic. I did all the animation and mocap cleanup in Maya, and lighting rendering and some of the FX in unreal engine 5. For the first few shots I used longer lenses because I wanted to instill a sense of "calm before the storm". All the while I was slowly pushing in closer and closer to the characters over the sequence to build tension. Once the fight starts to go down I get as wide as 14mm to give the energy, motion and size changes in the shots more intensity.
