However, many students struggle with their portfolio development and downplay its quality and representation of themselves.

To overcome this hurdle, it is important to recognize that developing a strong portfolio takes time and effort. It requires reflection on your strengths, identifying areas for growth, and consistently seeking feedback from trusted sources. This is where Flourish comes in.

Through generative research, Flourish has identified that students can build confidence in their skillset by connecting with their peers over career goals and observing their growth.

Flourish provides several features like the community board, sending sites, and direct one-on-one reviews to foster collaboration and get valuable insights into their portfolio development in a new and refreshing way.
