3D Environment Art Collection
Inspired by the visually stunning games I grew up on, my collection showcases my pursuit of narrative storytelling through 3D environment art via my models, textures, and lighting. I demonstrate my skills with modeling, composition, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
01 - "An Empty Home"
A family of five once lived in their suburban home populated with furniture from the 2000s until one day an apocalyptic event caused them to suddenly leave. Months later this house full of memories lies in disrepair on a sunny evening, only collecting mold and dust.
Modeled in Autodesk Maya, textured in Substance Painter, and lighting and rendering done in Unreal Engine 5.

02 - "Northwest"
Summer hiking trail based off of the Pacific Northwest flora that I wanted to compose and model from scratch to study organic models and different program workflows.
Models made with Speedtree, Substance Sampler (via Photogrammetry), and Gaea, textures made with real life photos, Substance Sampler, and Photoshop. Rendered and lit in Unreal Engine 5.

03 - "Letting Go"
Living room space where a couple has broken up and have decided to move out of the space they were living in. Red tinted lighting streaks across the room, contrasted by the cool shadows, to create interest and draw focus to the broken picture frame while evoking a mood of passion and loss.
Modeled in Autodesk Maya, textured in Substance Painter, and lighting and rendering done with Renderman Maya.
