Spider Web

Hello, My name is Anikka XDR. 

I'm a fashion and digital designer. I started getting into digital fashion since this march and learning by myself. As you guys said you never know what might lead myself, but CLO 3D helped me to be closer to my dream which is sustainable and creative designer. particularly it helped me to approach to fashion art better that I can express any creativeness from myself.

In this project, I inspired by upcoming movie SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDE-VERSE  

Spider-Man movies mean a lot to me. I have been afraid of spiders since I was young, and after accidentally watching Spider-Man movies, I have been greatly helped to overcome negative perceptions and scary memories of spiders through the wonderful appearance of Spider-Man and his influence on society. As a result, I was naturally influenced by the various suits that appeared in Spider-Man movies, and in particular, I was strongly influenced by the concise yet centered shape and characteristics of the spider web.

The advantages of spider webs are very strong, stretchy, and durable. Moreover, it is an eco-friendly natural material that can be used in various fields because it is thin and light. Spider webs are five times stronger than iron, and the ultra-lightweight and excellent elasticity makes it difficult for any new material to follow. The characteristics of these webs have influenced me to support the importance of durability and elasticity that I usually pursue when making clothes. Also, I felt that it was an appropriate factor to support my philosophy that center is the most important in any situation.

The reason why I especially chose glossy fabrics and puffer jackets was because they were the part of the center of the trend that was popular last year, and I was wondering if these features could affect this year as well.

Personally, I think it is meaningful to express the lessons, memories, and various experiences that I felt in my life as a workpiece. Also, these methods helped me create more creative results.
