3D showreel 2023 - Luca Morre
This is a showreel of some of my portfolio work. These are the projects I'm most proud of. I try to combine the workflow for making props and stylized characters.
Devtac Ronin tactical helmet. Propperty of the average mercenary Dan Samson.
First, I made a blockout in Maya and did a retopology to get a better base mesh in 3DS Max.
After I finished the low poly model, I unwrapped it in Maya and made a high poly version in ZBrush.
And lastly, I baked and textured the helmet in Substance 3D Painter and rendered everything in Unreal Engine.
(Any model other than the helmet is taken from Quixel Bridge)
Hexapus. A stressed out, devious little creature.
First, I made a blockout and sculpt in ZBrush.
Then I did the retopology and unwrap in 3DS Max.
And lastly, I baked and textured the Hexapus in Substance 3D Painter and the rendering in Unreal Engine and Photoshop.
I recently reworked this project and redid the texturing.
