Slavic Inspired Game-Ready Characters
These projects were completed for my final degree project at the University of Hertfordshire
The Priest
The Priest is a game-ready, Slavic inspired character based on concept art by Dima Dmitriy
Hair cards were made in Fibershop and placed using GS Curve Tools in Maya
Sculpted in ZBrush and retopologised using ZRemesher and Maya
Total tri count: 112k
Rigged and posed in Blender
1 x 4k texture, 3 x 2k textures
I used the MetaHuman project as an initial template to get access to the lighting setup and eye shaders.
Megascans assets were used for the background.
Makosh
Makosh is a Slavic Goddess based on concept art by Valeriia Konstantinova, rendered in UE5
Using a skeleton base mesh provided by Lewis Guarniere, I created an écorché to determine the anatomy of a four armed character
The Gifting Dragon
This is a compositing piece created using ZBrush and Photoshop. Concept art by Yun Huai Huang
Ultor
This outfit was a freelance project for the UoH game 'Ultor'
Created using Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter and UE5
