Sometimes it is possible to have wrong dreams, a little deluded at the moment; sometimes the feeling comes so fast and you cannot control it, just trying not to show it, it picks you up, puts you down, chews you up and spits you out a hundred times a day; sometimes you get so caught up in your thoughts that you end up missing all the beauty that surrounds you; sometimes that feeling of unease and fear makes you feel small, and then you remember to relax and stop trying to hold on to it; just sit back, take a deep breath and look around.
