Harley - Pokemon Trainer

Harley's design is inspired by Dawn from Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. The art style is inspired by the original Ken Sugimori artwork from Generation 1, however the colouring style has been tweaked a bit due to the bright white highlights not working well within the 3D space.

Jester - Kingdom Hearts

Kingdom Hearts has always been my favourite series, and so the idea of making myself within the style of its most recent entry was exciting! The final design was inspired by my favourite characters within the series such as Roxas, Ventus and Vanitas.

Mothika - Guardian of the Forest

Mothika was made to create something within my own personal style after learning how to imitate different game styles. I looked through the artists that I follow and broke down what inspires me creatively and what work I am drawn to, bringing in my love of fantasy themes and researching the variety of designs the artists I love create (such as Alexis Pflaum's large cast of witches), which all led to the creation of Mothika.

Her staff went through a redesign after the finished concept to become a dream catcher as to hold a more unique flare, instead of simply duplicating the flower on her waist.
