As an industrial product designer, I have enjoyed a lot creating some product visualizations as part of my training this last year. Hope you like it!

Beosound Explore

As one of the top products of the Bang & Olufsen brand, the following images of the speaker want to represent the elegance and style of this product. To achieve this goal, a dark studio environment was chosen. The lighting set created aimed to highlight materials imperfections and design details.

Thanks to differents lights intensities and positions the volume of the model was correctly represented. Regarding the 3D model, all the pieces of the product were built on 3ds max, following real plans of the original reference. No plugins or external softwares were required.

Achieving realistic materials was the main concern of the project. In order to complete this task, fine imperfections were added to the surface.

Leica Q2

One of my very first projects during my training consisted in creating from scratch a photography camera of the famous brand Leica. Thanks to real technical drawings and in order to gain experience in 3D modeling, the camera was built entirely on 3ds max exactly with the same measures and details of the original model.

Ferrari Maranello

The last project included in the entry is a lighting exercise. For this practice a 3D model downloaded from wirewheelsclub.com was used to improve lighting and environment creation skills.

For the first two images, closed up cameras were employed in order to show the shape of the car thanks to different lights adjusted with the intention of highlighting the modelĀ“s silhouette.

Last render of the project consisted in a studio set where the car could be placed to stand out its entire shape. Lights representing the colors of Italy were implemented to produce some reflections on the surface of the car. In this branding line, some atmospheric effects were added.
