Here is my final first year project at ESMA, an antique shop that sells pieces of furnitures from the 17th century.

I wanted to create the feeling of a living room. My intentions were to focus on a more personal and intimate aspect. But it is actually a shop. You can notice the different labels, the many paintings displayed on the ground, and the several diverse items on the table in the back. The owner herself is living during the 19th century but she reminisces about this past victorian era. She wants the customers to feel at home like she does every time she's working in this shop.

It was interesting for me to work on this project because I had to push myself further, especially with some challenging objects in terms of modeling, such as the mirrors, every ornement details per se. Or the vases, the chairs. It also pushed me out of my comfort zone as for my lighting skills to give a consistent lighting to the shots.

It took 3 weeks to achieve this project, without taking into account the conceptualization, light scripts and color scripts.

I was responsible for all aspects (modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post production).

It was done with Maya, Pixar's renderman, Substance Painter 3D, Affinity photo.
