3D Animation Demo Reel - The starting line of a journey

Learning 3D animation has been a great journey so far, one in which I still have a lot explore and that's exciting. Discovering the creative and technical aspects behind it, finding my first characters, facing problems and coming out stronger after solving them. That's why I want to share with the world the shots I'm most proud of and some of the work behind them. Please enjoy!

Princess!!

I fell in love with this audio the moment I found it. You know one of those times when you think 'I NEED to animate this'. And even though it was one of my first full acting and lipsyncing scenes, it was so much fun and rewarding to work on.

And, as a bonus, here you have a breakdown of the process.

Wife

For this shot, I wanted to work with two characters who are both competing for the spotlight: and it ended up being quite a challenge. They're constantly fighting to win the conversation, so I learnt how the animation has to help with that ping-pong argument. 

Radio-Bee

Cartoon animation encouraged me to experiment and get out of my comfort zone. I picked up so many tricks, learned how to break rules to my advantage and diversified my references more than ever. This last topic is because... well... I don't have cartoony-strecthy super powers - sadly :( -, so referencing myself was limited for the first time.

And now I want to share with you a bit of a perspective of how it has evolved based on one of the key poses.

To wrap it up, I'd like to thank you for coming this far and taking the time to watch my work during my time at Animum Creativity Advanced School, where I was able to create all of this under the supervision of great professionals.
