3D Projects Showcase 2021 - 2023: Anouk Defoort

My first work is the diorama in the woods. These models were sculpted and rendered in ZBrush.

Then there's my cute creature, based on Daniel Mendo's drawing. I used ZBrush to sculpt and paint the tree and the creature. In maya I added more detail to the tail and retopologized and unwrapped the models. After that I textured them in Substance Painter. Then the models went back in maya for rendering. 

My next work is based on the artwork Prickly Pete from Robert Brown. The process is identical as that of the creature project. So I used ZBrush to sculpt and paint, and used Maya for retopology and unwrapping. Then I used Substance Painter to texture my model before rendering it in Maya.

I also wanted to showcase some of my animation on this platform. The audio is from The Blues Brothers and the rig is the Rocket Girl Rig.

The final project is a 3D model that is based of a famous painting. We had to recreate the pose and lighting and replace the character and environment. So I chose Lady with an Ermine from Leonardo da Vinci and used the characters from the tv-show Solar Opposites. The models were made in ZBrush and maya. The translucency from the creature is done in maya as well as the rendering.
